Foodies

West and Central African cuisine Hello foodies lets talk about my experience with west and central african cuisine. I do have a very deep knowledge of the cuisine and culture. I have a very mix race family and when we come together we get to share our culture. West and central african cuisine originate from the indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques of central africa. Trade and colonization effect the cuisine as well. My favorite dish would be fufu and egusi soup. It is a pounded yam which is a root vegetable. Egusi is like a soup usually made with goat but I like mine with fish. The goat had a bad smell and was spice. But overall I always enjoy the different dish my family makes. I hope you all got something from this review today.

INTRODUCTION

Hello my name is Zambia Mack and I will be start a new blog TALKING sMACK BLogs. I will mostly be reviewing different restaurants and giving my opinion on the food, environment, culture, and staff. I love being able to experience different cuisine and learn about the culture of them and how it might have originate, and got to where it is now! My favorite cuisine that I eat the most is soul food which is a Southern USA cuisine that is rooted in Black American culture. My favorite dish would be mac&cheese, yams, and yellow rice and boneless chicken( fry or bake). Although I love everything beside the crazy stuff like pig feet, cow tongue, chicklings or anything crazy. I hope that you will be able to find my podcast useful.
