West and Central African cuisine
Hello foodies lets talk about my experience with west and central african cuisine. I do have a very deep knowledge of the cuisine and culture. I have a very mix race family and when we come together we get to share our culture. West and central african cuisine originate from the indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques of central africa. Trade and colonization effect the cuisine as well. My favorite dish would be fufu and egusi soup. It is a pounded yam which is a root vegetable. Egusi is like a soup usually made with goat but I like mine with fish. The goat had a bad smell and was spice. But overall I always enjoy the different dish my family makes. I hope you all got something from this review today.
